Every pupil must be punctual and regular in attending all classes and school functions.
Pupils must be present on the school premises at least five minutes before the commencement of school hours.
Latecomers are liable to be sent home and will be marked absent, even if allowed to attend classes
Every pupil must be present on the reopening day after holidays.
If a pupil cannot attend school for more than three consecutive days, the Principal must be informed.
A leave note must be submitted for every absence from school.
All leave applications must bear the signature of parents or guardians.
Applications for medical leave exceeding three days must be accompanied by a medical certificate from a registered MBBS doctor.
For medical leave exceeding seven days, the Principal must be informed.
Students suffering from infectious or contagious diseases should not attend school.
Students who remain irregular due to feasts, celebrations, trips, or visits to relatives, or who are frequently late, may be asked to discontinue.
Extension of vacations without prior sanction from the Principal is not permitted.
Parents/guardians must fill in the “Leave of Absence Record” in the diary when their ward returns after an absence.
Pupils are not permitted to leave the school premises during school hours without written permission from the Principal.
Attendance in national festivals (Independence Day, Republic Day) and participation in school games and activities are compulsory, unless exempted by the Principal or a medical certificate.
Parents, guardians, and visitors are not allowed to meet pupils or teachers during school hours without written permission from the Principal. Meetings should be by prior appointment only.
