The amount of fee charged at the time of admission is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Fees are charged for the full academic year, irrespective of the date of admission.
No concession or reduction in fees will be granted on account of a change in the academic session, holidays, broken periods, or absence from classes for any reason.
Fees must be paid in advance and regularly through the bill book as per the “Instructions to Parents/Guardians” provided in the bill book.
Fees are to be deposited quarterly by the 15th of April, July, October, and January of the academic year.
In case of non-payment of fees, the student’s name may be struck off the rolls or the student may not be permitted to appear for examinations
Parents/Guardians are requested to read these regulations carefully and ensure that both they and their wards follow them meticulously. Ignorance of these rules will not be accepted as an excuse.
